Dinner Success and Heater Unsuccess

How festive!!! Our dinner was delicious, festive, and fun. After dinner Matthew put Bridget in the Baby Bjorn carrier and we had our own little dance. Bridget loved it!

In the middle of the night last night I noticed it was getting chillier and our heater wasn't kicking on. Yup, our heater is not working. And, of course, we're having bad weather the next day or two. It was raining like crazy last night and this morning. Matthew called a little bit ago and said it is SNOWING at work (he works about 30 minutes away). That never happens! I remember it snowed one day last winter and a number of people from work called and said they couldn't come to work because they were "snowed in..." HA. They had like an inch of snow where they were. I wonder if I still have their pictures...I'll look.

Anyhow, I took in a service request to the office first thing this morning and they said they might not be able to fix our heater today because of the rain (they have to get on the roof). If that's the case, they said they'd bring us space heaters - good thing we don't have a crawling baby! Anyhow, I haven't heard from them yet and it's been almost three hours. It's supposed to get down to 30 tonight so I hope they do something about it soon!
