It's been a while but we are alive and doing well. We sure are enjoying our sweet Whitney. She is a sleepy baby which has made the transition from one child to two so much easier than we anticipated. Okay, I know, we still have a lifetime to go, but in the meantime, we are enjoying her sleepiness. She seems to have a good temperament, but does have her fussy time in the evenings (which is why I have just a few minutes to do this, Matthew is holding a crying baby). She is such a snuggler which I absolutely love. I could just sit and snuggle her all day. I hope she stays snuggly. She seems to be growing so quickly. She'll be five weeks this coming Wednesday and I think she's about 10 pounds. We looked up Bridget's growth chart today and she didn't hit 10 pounds until she was probably 11 weeks.

Bridget really loves the baby, I mean realllllly loves the baby - she loves to poke and touch and hold and....I feel like all day I'm trying to rescue Whitney from too much love from Bridget. She is really cute with her and gets this sing-songy voice whenever she talks to the baby.

Okay, my fifteen minutes are up. I better go rescue Matthew.
